Star Wars Battlefront season pass costs 40 quid

Electronic Arts announced the price for Star Wars Battlefront's season pass, which will cost £39.99 ($50 in the US).

Over on the official website, it was confirmed that the season pass will grant access to "4 upcoming expansion packs filled with new content," two weeks before each expansion release, plus the exclusive emote Shoot First. Currently there is no information on what we can expect from the expansions, but given the price we expect there to be new planets and maps, along with new heroes and likely new modes.

Star Wars Battlefront will be released on November 20 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and today is the final day of the extended beta test.
