Earlier this week Square-Enix released Adventures of Mana, a remake of the old Final Fantasy Adventure / Mystic Quest / Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden (originally released on Gameboy in 1991) on Android and iOS in Europe. Japan, however, also got the game on PS Vita and there has been plenty of fan anger as a result with the vocal Vita fanbase making it known that they would love to see the game released in Europe and America.

The publisher took to comment on the feedback in an updated blogpost, stating they're looking into making it happen:

"Thank you for all of your comments on a PS Vita edition of Adventures of Mana.

We've been listening to your feedback and because of your passion for the game, we're going to look into making a PS Vita version of Adventures of Mana for the west. We can't guarantee we'll be able to make this happen but we will see what we can do.

We'll let you know if we have any news, so watch out for future updates and thank you for your support."

Adventures of Mana is available now on Google Play and the AppStore for $13.99/£10.49/ €13.99.
