A lot of gaming events these days are introducing esports into the mix, whether that be with Gamescom or E3 earlier this year, and now Paris Games Week is doing the same, and we know the schedule too.

The Esports World Convention is hosting the events, and the first to start are the Clash Royale and Quake Champions competitions, the latter running from November 1 to 3 and the former running from November 1 to 4.

After that there's the CS:GO tournament from November 2 to 3, and FIFA 18 closes things out from November 3 to 5. What's more is that Nintendo is also hosting the final stages of the French part of Splatoon 2's European Championship, with players able to try their luck with a team directly at the venue on November 3, with the grand finals taking place on November 5.

Do you like how big gaming events are hosting esports too?

"We had a lot of fun with our time in the game, although returning players will have to weigh up for themselves whether there's enough to warrant the upgrade."
