Spider-Man main story is 20 hours long on normal difficulty

You're going to have to add side quests and open-world activities on top of that.

Spider-Man is almost upon us, and while the most lingering questions regarding the game's mechanics, story and scope have been answered, one still remains - how long does the game take to complete. Well an answer seems to have been delivered.

Recently, Insomniac Games' Community Director James Stevenson answered a deluge of questions on Twitter, and one centered around playtime, specifically the main story.

Stevenson revealed that the average play tester took 20 hours to complete the main story on default difficulty. That means that side quests and activities must be added onto that, making for a quite the long experience.
