Considering Krafton decided to bring the PUBG Nations Cup to South Korea for this year, it was only right that the winning team be the host team and that is precisely what happened this year.

While the UK was pressing to defend its title this year, something it only just missed out on by finishing in second, it was South Korea who got to lift the trophy in 2023, after putting together a tournament that saw the team comfortably securing first place.

This result means that the South Korean team will also be rewarded with $100,000 with prize money and the task of defending its title from the UK and the rest of the world in next year's event.
