SoNNeikO announces sudden exit from Ninjas in Pyjamas

In a very brief Twitter post, Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev announced that he would be stepping away from Ninjas in Pyjamas. The Dota 2 player captained the team starting from April this year and it's unclear currently what the circumstances may be behind his departure.

In his tweet, SoNNeikO said:" I am out from nip ! Thanks to my teammates for good days". Former Dota player Kyle Freedman suggested, however, that this may have been a decision on behalf of the team and not SoNNeiko with his tweet stating: " Sonneiko is too polite so I'll say it; hey @NiPGaming, this is a really, REALLY bad move."
