You might not have heard the name Shirley Curry before, but she has gathered quite a following as the 'Skyrim Grandma', having played the Bethesda RPG on her YouTube channel which has over 500,000 subscribers. It turns out Bethesda has noticed her popularity as well, and will be showing their appreciation in a special way.

In the video celebrating 25 years of the series, we find out that Curry will be added to The Elder Scrolls VI as an NPC, and this was part of their segment discussing photogrammetry, which they'll use to scan people and environments for more realistic visuals.

"This means a lot to me, because I would be extremely happy to know that somebody else was playing with my character in a future Elder Scrolls game," Curry said.

Is this a good tribute?
