This offseason for the Valorant Champions Tour has been a very busy one, as the next season will be the first time that the competitive scene has partnered teams. With this being the case, we've seen teams that didn't make the partnered list dropping their rosters, and teams that did make it, completing signings and rebuilding as they plan for the next season, which starts in February 2023 with the Kickoff Tournament.
To this end, following the recent release of coach Shane "Rawkus" Flaherty and the signing of Don "SyykoNT" Muir in his place, Sentinels has announced that it has brought on Zachary "zekken" Patrone as a member of the active team.
As noted on Twitter, this signing is described as the "beginning of a new era".
Zekken was previously part of the XSET roster, but since the organisation is not a partnered team for the 2023 season, it recently decided to release all of its players to allow them to look for spots in partnered VCT teams.
