A brand-new trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order dropped during Microsoft's E3 2019 presentation. The game is being developed by Respawn Entertainment and is the first third-person Star Wars title since The Force Unleashed 2 released back in 2010.
The game's trailer features a mixture of pre-rendered cutscenes and gameplay footage, giving a better look at the protagonist Cal Kestis, returning series character Saw Gerrera, as well as some of the Force combat in action.
It has been confirmed that Fallen Order is canon to the franchise, taking place directly after the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
We caught up with the game's director, Stig Asmussen, during EA Play to discuss more about the game, including its development origins, a cancelled project, and how this new title came to fruition. The full interview can be seen here.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is releasing for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 15, 2019.
