Schwarzenegger won't voice T-800 in Mortal Kombat 11

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the man with the iconic voice and equally iconic accent won't reprise his role as T-800 in Mortal Kombat 11.

Fans were pleased to see the iconic badass, the Terminator, or rather T-800, joining the Mortal Kombat 11 roster. It's not the first time fans have been able to play as the robotic killing machine, but it is the first time that machine resembles Arnold Schwarzenegger, to the fans' excitement. The model is exceptionally well done but sadly, there's a piece of the puzzle that won't fit perfectly - the iconic voice of Schwarzenegger won't be heard in the game.

While this isn't a surprise, it would have been fantastic to get a voicing cameo by the iconic actor for the game since the model of him is so great, but fear not, a replacement actor has already been assigned the role in Mortal Kombat 11 but as for who it is, we'll know at a later date.

T-800 will be playable on October 8 of this year and the movie of which the character model is based on, Terminator: Dark Fate will release on October 23 in the UK.

Are you excited to see T-800 kick some ass in the wonderfully brutal fighting game?

REVIEW. Written by Ricardo C. Esteves

"Mortal Kombat 11 could have been superb, but some of the design decisions Netherrealm has made are regrettable."
