Rust update introduces random gender assignment

As announced in a <a href="https://playrust.com/devblog-105/">devblog</b> last week, Facepunch Studios has explained that "the new player models - including females - are now in, and who you are depends on your SteamID. This update wipes the servers and your blueprints. Have fun!"

This new feature uses a technique similar to a previous update which used your Steam ID to generate penis size of player-characters. Rust will now use your Steam ID to determine whether your character will be male or female, as well as your appearance and race. Your ID will still affect your penis size if you're male, and now breast size if you're playing as a female character.
