I think I read the comic book for maybe ten minutes when it started, when I collected. Conan was more my thing and even though I share the universe and help each other a little here and there, Sonja was never really for me. The old 80's movie with Birgitte Nielsen was also not for me, which makes it feel a bit tricky for the 2025 version to enchant yours truly. But trickier things have happened. Tonight it's going to be seen. The review will appear tomorrow.

Fun-fun-funny-funny-fun... This whole thing with Misfits Boxing amuses me a bit green-blooded. Freak shows as a business model give me joy and the upcoming fight between UFC veterans Darren Till and Luke Rockhold, will be genuinely great fun to watch, when the time comes (this Saturday). Before the match (which Darren Till will of course win, super easy) they have sat down at the same table to call each other a lot of ugly things.  Go!

I've just been out in the yard washing Alfan who traveled 200 miles yesterday, in the rain. Dirt Deluxe, which of course is not possible. As usual, I start all washes by applying foam via foamlance and my choice of pre-wash foam always falls on Arcticlean's banana foam, as I consider it best. I've tried probably 10-12 different pre-detergents in my foam lance and most of them are just diluted shampoos, which don't do much more than what a shampoo does (duh!). The banana foam is better. When I put it on and then wait for ten minutes before rinsing off with my Active 2.0, 98% of all dirt comes with it. Shampooing with a microfiber glove means that the glove never gets dirty (not even the little) which of course saves the polish - in the end. I've often said that foamlance is fun, but also an effective way to waste shampoo. With Arcticlean's phenomenal banana foam, this has changed.

There have been so many real bottoms in the DCEU that it is not possible to count, soon, and now that "old" DCEU that has been going on for ten years has just been declared dead and James Gunn has restarted everything (!), we know that there will be new movies about the same heroes, again, but played by different actors and with a "different tone". For my part, I think Shazam 2, Black Adam and Aquaman 2 are the worst. I really disliked Birds of Prey and Suicide Squad but did like Zack Snyder's Justice League, despite obvious flaws. Henric has crowned all 17 of them, now that we are expected to forget them all and look ahead to a "new" DCEU. The list is spot on, you can find it here: Go  !

Lidl has stopped selling the Dagmar cake, at least here in Östersund and Ica Selection's Chocolate Brownie has become dry, bizarrely enough. It almost only crumbles nowadays, which means that I have had a much easier time with my weekly fasting and stricter food intake (in general) the last three months than I would have had otherwise. My back fat is decreasing, every day, and that's of course only good.

But then I stumbled across Ica Basics Tiger Cake and after baking my own sponge cake/tiger cake regularly for the past seven years now, I naturally thought that this cheap, ugly little joke cake would be useless. Ica Basics stuff is completely useless. However, not this one. It would turn out that this is the single best ready-made tiger cake I've ever tasted. Incredibly good. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly porous with good sweetness and the right saltiness. So... The back fat is on its way, again.
