Esports organisation Rogue has a League of Legends team that plays in the European Championship (LEC), but after a poor spring season they've announced that they've "mutually parted" with Mateusz 'Kikis' Szkudlarek, having stepped back and looked at the team after the season concluded.
"During the discussions, it was clear that changes were needed and Kikis was one of the players who shared the same opinion," the announcement reads.
"We want to thank Kikis for all the dedication and hard work he put into the team," general manager Tomislav Mihailov said in a statement. "We wish him the best in the future as he pursues other opportunities."
Rogue sat at the bottom of the spring split with two wins and 16 losses, three wins behind Excel Esports above them, so it's unsurprising that this the roster has been changed.
Is this the right decision?
