On November 30 a new Story Expansion for The Elder Scrolls: Legends arrives to the collectible card game, and now we have more details about this DLC, called Return to Clockwork City (a realm that has also recently been introduced to The Elder Scrolls Online).
The expansion brings over 55 new cards that'll be rewarded across 35 story missions, and players can use these cards to look for treasure, build steam-powered machines, or even create "strange mechanical abominations," as the press release puts it.
New creatures called Fabricants are coming as part of this expansion as well, and here's a short description about what they are and where they came from:
"The Clockwork City is the grand workshop of the late god Sotha Sil, who was obsessed with crafting his own forms of life, reconstructing and building on the work of the Dwemer artisans."
"Perhaps his most intriguing and disturbing creations were the Fabricants, unique creatures born of both flesh and metal. In Legends, we're bringing these to life with five Fabricant cards - one per attribute - that will reward players for playing with neutral cards like the Dwemer constructs. These five creatures offer some serious power, and create some exciting new deckbuilding possibilities."
A new mechanic by the name of Treasure Hunt is also being introduced, and this involves you watching each card players draw to see if it's a treasure they desire, and once players draw everything the treasure hunters want, they can then claim a reward.
Another new mechanic is called Assemble. When you play an Assemble creature, these will then choose one of two bonuses, and this will be applied to both that creature and every Factotum in the player's hand and deck.
