Remedy has finished their upcoming Xbox One action-adventure title, Quantum Break, and after over four years of development the team is more than happy with what they have achieved.

In an interview with VG247, Remedy's head of press, Thomas Puha, explained how deep the developers dived into real science to craft a believable game world:

"In the early days we spent a week with a Finnish physics professor. A lot of it went over our heads but it's important to us to base as much as possible in real world science. If it could happen, this is kind of how you'd imagine it would."

Quantum Break will be released for the PC and Xbox One on April 5. You can see it in action in the trailer below, and you can read our impressions of the time-bending title after we recently visited to studio to see it for ourselves.

"It's an incredibly ambitious product, and we're surprised that the overall quality is as high as it is."
