It has been reported that sales for Infamous: Second Son have, in turn, boosted sales of PlayStation 4 hardware by as much as 106% since the game was released.
MCV are reporting that a trusted source has revealed the figures, and compares these figures to those achieved by Titanfall and Xbox One hardware (which, in the week of the game's launch, saw an increase of 96%).
Given that we're offered percentages and no hard numbers - what the consoles were selling the week before as compared to what they sold following the launch of their key titles - it's actually hard to draw anything conclusive from this report. Other than, of course, both exclusives helped boost sales for their respective platforms.
What we do know for sure is that Infamous: Second Son has sold a lot of copies since its release, and came top of the UK multi-format sales charts this week (finishing ahead of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes in the process).
