Prototype 2 Radnet Edition

Event based pre-order announced.

Everyone who pre-orders Prototype 2 or is quick enough to get the limited edition of the game while stocks lasts are in for a different kind of treat than what we're used to. Instead of getting some superficial enhancements - an extra weapon or skin, maybe some avatar rewards, or in-game perks - Radical Entertainment have decided to give early adopters seven weeks of events (races and challenges) to everyone who gets the Radnet Edition of the game. Starting the week of launch (April 24 for the console versions, more on that later) players will be given a set of challenges and if you complete all of these challenges over the course of seven weeks (five with new challenges, two for catching up) you will be given "the ultimate unlock". Sounds pretty cool, doesn't it?

Unfortunately we've also been reached by the news that the PC version of the game has been delayed three months and won't be out until July. Expect more on Prototype 2 soon as we are currently editing a GRTV interview with studio vice president Dave Fracchia.

REVIEW. Written by Christian Gaca

"It is in the Red Zone that the game comes into its own with chaotic, bloody, brutal, mutant madness."
