That's the good news, the bad news is that there will be no further content made.
Microsoft's game/level-creating title Project Spark is getting a major update on October 5, that will render everything currently locked up as premium content - free of charge. All the previously released 46 DLC packs and over 2000 assets will be available free-of-charge which of course is great news. That's the good news, the bad news is that Microsoft will no longer support the game with further content as it transitions to a "free incubation engine".
Microsoft's Rahul Sandil wrote this on the official blog:
"We will no longer create episodic adventures, including future Conker's Big Reunion episodic content. We'll leave it up to you to continue his story in whatever ways you want."
You can read up on all the changes coming in Title Update 16 in the patch notes.
