Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is free on PC

Here's something that slipped past us during the tidal wave of E3 announcements: In celebration of Ubisoft's 30th anniversary, the publisher will be giving away one free game a month for the rest of the year.

This is a part of its new Ubisoft Club promo. It will work similar to Xbox's Games for Gold, where they are yours forever but you have a limited time to download the game on offer.

The first game in the promotion is the popular 2003 title, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The next free game will be announced mid July.
