It's dinosaurs vs. mercenaries.

Primal Carnage is going to help us scratch a prehistoric itch later this month, when it lets us assume the role of a Tyrannosaurus and go stalking human prey in an online deathfest set on an old military-controlled island.

Players will be able to pick sides, choosing to play as either a mercenary, or as a dinosaur. Mercs will focus on distinct class-based combat, each specialising in different directions, and dinosaurs set to feature include the infamous T-Rex, Novaraptor, Dilophosaurus and Pteranodon (yep - that's the flying one).

Primal Carnage's launch is coming very soon, but if you want to get stuck into the beta and be amongst the first to give it a go before release, you're in luck.
