Pokémon Switch 2019 aimed at experienced players
Apparently, it'll be the best-looking Pokémon title to date.
The latest edition of Weekly Famitsu magazine is something of a Pokémon monologue, including twenty pages of coverage featuring the new games, Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu! and Let's Go Eevee! and Pokémon Quest, but also a few words about the next iteration in the main RPG series, planned for the second half of 2019 as a Nintendo Switch exclusive.
Tsunekazu Ishihara, The Pokémon Company's president, talked about the game mentioned that it is being designed with experienced players in mind, not as an entry point for new players. We should also expect to see the best graphics in a Pokémon game so far, Ishihara told Famitsu. He didn't mention specifically that Gen.8 is coming, but he did confirm that there will be many new pokémon. After all, the CEO describes it as a totally new entry, unlike the Let's Go series which are based on the old Pokémon Yellow.
