Pokémon Go update lets you check attack/defence stats

Niantic has rolled out a recent update for its mobile game, Pokémon Go, allowing players to check the attack and defence capabilities of the creatures they encounter, as measured by their team leader.

Obviously this would suggest that users have to reach level 5 to take advantage of this feature and have chosen a team.

A Pokémon's attack and defence stat effects how it performs in battle, so as you can imagine the update will hopefully improve the game, as players have more access to information.

Niantic also said that the update fixed some minor bot issues and assured fans that serval new, exciting features would be added to the game soon.
