Pokémon Go expands with Sinnoh region monsters this week

New monsters first found in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum to launch in waves.

Good news trainers, there will be new monsters to hunt down and train in Pokémon Go starting this week as monsters from the Sinnoh region will begin to appear. The creatures first seen in Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl, and Pokémon Platinum, will launch in waves and will begin to appear in the wild, hatching from eggs, and battling in raids from this week. Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup, were mentioned as part of the first wave. Niantic Labs also teased further updates to the game including new features and tweaked older features such as storage.
