In August Imaginati Studio revealed the adventure game Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier, which will take place between the events of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014) and War for the Planet of the Apes (2017). Today we've received a new trailer that introduces us to one of the main characters from the game, Khan, who has to make a choice between keeping his family safe or fighting for Caesar.

The video shows that players will face some tough moral choices that will impact the story for both the apes and humans. The game centers around a breakaway faction of Apes who take refuge in the Rocky Mountains from the chaotic and ongoing war, but they're forced to descend into a human-owned valley as winter approaches and food is running low.

Planet of the Apes: Final Frontier is still scheduled for a release this autumn on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Do you like facing tough moral decisions in games?

REVIEW. Written by Bengt Lemne

"It's not one you'll need to keep your stinking paws off necessarily, but neither is it a particularly memorable cinematic romp."
