A reveal trailer for Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier has been posted by IGN, the game being a product of The Imaginarium's new video game division, with producer Andy Serkis using the studio's motion capture experience and technology to make the project work.

The game itself focuses on a group of monkeys that take refuge in the Rocky Mountains during the war between their race and the humans, although in winter they have to go to a valley full of humans on the search for food. Players take control of both sides, but there's no moral good side here, and each can suffer casualties depending on your choices.

As you can tell by the screenshot from the trailer down below, it looks pretty impressive already, and we're excited to see what it's like when it releases this autumn. Does the morality system grab your interest?

REVIEW. Written by Bengt Lemne

"It's not one you'll need to keep your stinking paws off necessarily, but neither is it a particularly memorable cinematic romp."
