Ubisoft has released a big update for Starlink: Battle for Atlas, as the free content drop adds a Photo Mode to the toys-to-life sci-fi adventure, as well as new enemy types and Outlaw fortifications. The latter are enemy bases spread out across the Atlas star system, which players can destroy to get loot and experience points.

Just yesterday we published a news piece in which Starlink's creative director Laurent Malville talked to us in an interview in Bilbao about the game, how they were going to continue supporting it, as well as the approach to its design and how production went for the team.

Starlink: Battle for Atlas is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and for the full interview and a trailer for the new content - not to mention screenshots - take a look below.

Have you been swooping into action with Starlink?

REVIEW. Written by Graham Bellars

"It's an ambitious game - part shoot 'em up space battler, part RPG-based planet explorer - and it's all wrapped up with a great story."
