It's safe to say Sony has had plenty of success when it comes to single-player titles, as God of War, Uncharted, The Last of Us, and Spider-Man have shown, but this isn't quite the case for Microsoft. Sea of Thieves, for example, is a multiplayer exclusive, but what does that mean for future single-player experiences on Xbox?

Fortunately, Xbox chief Spencer had a comforting answer to give when asked by a fan on Twitter, saying:

"Yes, I can confirm. With the additions to XGS we have a lot of teams that have built strong SP focused games and we want that to continue."

Xbox Game Studios include Double Fine, Obsidian, and inXile Entertainment, so it seems likely we can expect quality over the next few years.
