Trilobyte Games has today launched their Kickstarter campaign for the third chapter in their classic series. The 7th Guest: 3 will features a house packed with 20 different puzzles (in fact, the whole house will be a puzzle in itself). Gameplay will follow closely to template put down by the 1993 original, the studio plans to utilise modern tech (touch screens etc.) to bring the series up-to-date. The Kickstarter campaign is aiming at a lofty total of $435,000.

"The team's in place; new puzzles are in development, and the most notorious villain in all gaming, Henry Stauf, is poised to return and finish the story that begin in The 7th Guest. With the launch of our Kickstarter campaign, we're turning to our fans and the gaming community to provide the only remaining ingredient, development and production funding."
