Today sees the release of the latest 3DS system update. The new software will offer gamers the chance to transfer content from console to console, embark on new StreetPassQuests and most excitingly, film up to 10 minutes of footage in glorious 3D.
There are a selection of interesting features, including the ‘Interval Shot' which allows you to record images at timed intervals to produce a piece of time lapse footage. There's also a ‘Frame Pick' feature which allows you to join together still images to create stop motion footage.
Nintendo's Laurent Fischer said: "We are always striving to enhance the features and functions of the Nintendo 3DS to bring new fun experiences to our fans and this upcoming System Update brings some of the most exciting updates yet."
