Microsoft's 360 Dashboard overhaul was expected to roll out at 3pm this afternoon. Unfortunately they've missed their own self-imposed deadline.
Major Nelson revealed on twitter that "The timing for Xbox 360 dashboard update has been slightly delayed. I'll have a status update later today".
