It's not set in stone, but it looks suspiciously like Sony's PS Vita is going to be limited to just one user account. This means no more second accounts for family members and, more worryingly for fans of Japanese games, no more multi-region PSN accounts.
NeoGAF's mehdi_san returned from a recent Vita event and promptly translated one of the FAQ's in the back of an event catalogue/brochure. His translation reveals that: "If you want to to use a different account, you need to format the system to factory settings."
Whilst this is far from conclusive, it might well be another factor to consider when deciding whether to invest in Sony's new handheld next year.
The PS Vita is due for release February 22.
