A couple of days ago Square Enix revealed that they are working on a brand new action-RPG by a team led by Ryutaro Ichimura, who previously worked on the Dragon Quest series. The game has yet to be given a title, but we do know it makes use of Unreal Engine 3. Below is the first piece of concept art from the game.
