Oculus Rift horror title Alone goes on Kickstarter

Funding sought for promising virtual reality survival horror.

Alone is a really interesting concept that let's you play a horror game inside of the game itself and let's you experience things as the horror spreads to the world outside of the TV screen you're watching. It's something that can only really be achieved through Oculus Rift and virtual reality.

The team at Greenwood Games have now turned to Kickstarter to fund the game. Asking for $25,000 anyone with an Oculus Rift devkit can download and sample the prototype. The campaign is just in its first day and hasn't really taken off yet, but if Oculus Rift is something you plan to invest in you should take a look at this Kickstarter as it tries something very different and cool.
