NPD have revealed some interesting stats about the US video game market in September. Naturally given the stellar performance of Grand Theft Auto V the market saw a big increase (27% year-on-year). What's even more interesting is that GTAV helped PS3 topple Xbox 360 as the top selling console for the month ending a 32-month reign on top of the heap for Microsoft. NPD pointed to the GTAV bundle as a big contributor.
