Spike TV have given us some teaser about the games that will be announced and shown at the upcoming Spike TV Video Game Awards on December 13.
Spike TV have released a teaser from a game in development at "a new Bioware studio". This had lead to a lot of speculation, rumours and theories online.
Among the rumours are a new game in the Command & Conquer series as well as the action title Mercs Inc, previously developed at now closed down Pandemic Studios.
The Command & Conquer rumour stems from Superannotation who picked up on a LinkedIn profile of a developer at "Victory Games - Bioware".
Victory Games have previously confirmed that they are working on a new game in the Command & Conquer series, but previously they had no connection to Bioware. The brief teaser also shows tanks that could fit into a Command & Conquer game.
The second rumour, the feels even more possible stems from NeoGAF where a user notes that the group of people working on Mercs Inc, have been separated with the rest of Visceral Games, and it is possible they have now merged with Bioware.
It is also rumoured that Mercs Inc has been moved over to DICE's Frostbite 2 Engine, and the teaser trailer looks a lot like previously leaked footage of Pandemic's last project.
We'll find out either way on December 13.
