All has not yet been written about bankrupt and auctioned off THQ as they are still looking to squeeze out some extra cash. In an attempt to do so THQ has now sued Zuffa and EA over dealings that had to do with the transfer of the UFC license. Basically, what THQ claims is that EA who were in negotiations with THQ over a possible buyout shared confidential information with Zuffa who later used that knowledge to hardball a deal where the UFC license was bought out for $10 million. THQ claims this was below market value. Remains to be seen if any of THQ's claims can be proved.

Meanwhile EA Sports UFC is set to debut this spring on current-gen and next-gen consoles.
