Ever since Oddworld: Soulstorm was first announced at GDC back in 2016, here at Gamereactor we've been keeping an eye on it.
Last year, we not only saw a first gameplay trailer, but we also got an opportunity to actaully try it at E3 2019. Earlier this year, Oddworld: Soulstorm was confirmed for PS5; though the release date still remains unknown. Now some new intel has emerged.
It turns out that developer Oddworld Inhabitants has signed a co-publishing deal with Microids, and they will deliver the physical edition of Oddworld: Soulstorm. In the statement, they also mentioned that the game is a PS5 & PS4 timed exclusive. A PC version is also planned to launch simultaneously over on the Epic Games Store.
