Michael Jackson may not be able to hold on to his possessions any more and the Neverland ranch will never again be what it was. But there is no doubt he once owned an impressive collection of arcade games as it is now part of the stuff auctioned off by Julien's auctions.
The collection included old classics such as Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Galaga, Ms Pac-Man, Super Mario Brothers and Super Street Fighter II. More modern classics included Crazy Taxi, Jambo Safari, Marvel vs Capcom, Soul Calibur, Top Skater and Virtua Tennis 2. There were also several music games such as Dance Dance Revolution and Guitar Freaks, no sign of Jackson's own Moonwalker game though, perhaps he got to keep that one. Apart from the arcade games there were also several demo stations for consoles such as 3DO, Dreamcast, Genesis, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, and Virtual Boy as well as pinball machines and lots more.
Check out what else was in Jackson's Neverland arcade... No wonder kids wanted to go there.
Pictured is one of the many rarities in the collection a Galaxy Force cabinet (lunar lander style).
