American McGee and Spicy Horse have now launched a Kickstarter to obtain the movie rights for the Alice franchise in order to produce animated shorts based on the Alice: Otherlands concept.
Earlier this week American cancelled the Ozombie Kickstarter - as it didn't look like it would succeed, while it also proved difficult to separate the campaign from the Alice rights (that were sort of included).
With 20 more days to go the campaign sits at $30,820 from 548 backers with the target of $200,000 still fairly distant.
