Seems like Warner made the right choice when they bought Netherrealm Studios and Mortal Kombat when Midway went belly up, because now they've announced that the latest Mortal Kombat-game is about to hit the three million copies sold-mark - breaking even on both the purchase of the studio/license and the development cost of the title.
Expect another Mortal Kombat-game in the future, in other words.
