Lionel Messi will be appearing on the front cover of FIFA 14 along with Tottenham's Gareth Bale in the UK, it has been announced by EA Sports.
Last year it was Manchester City's Joe Hart and Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain that adorned the front cover of EA's yearly football update, who themselves followed on from Wayne Rooney who's beautiful face had been a mainstay for the seven years previous.
FIFA 14 is set to be released in the UK and Europe on September 27 on current-gen consoles and PC, with Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game set to follow after. You can read our first impressions of the game right here.
