When Double Fine's former publishing chief Greg Rice left the company last month there was a lot of speculation as to where he would be going, and now the man himself has revealed that he's now the global head of indie accounts for Sony Interactive Entertainment.

"Very excited to announce I'm joining the amazing team at Sony Interactive Entertainment as the Global Head of Indie Accounts. I'll be managing all independent developer and publisher accounts and building new initiatives to support indies big and small from all over the world," he said.

That's not the only addition Sony is making though, as Christian Svensson has also come on board as head of global portfolio, having worked in a number of roles including VP at Capcom.

Sony has gone through a fair few changes this year, with Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios boss Shawn Layden parting ways with the company, along with others like Gio Corsi, head of global second-party games.

Where can Sony go from here?

Thanks, GamesIndustry.biz.
