EA's CEO John Riccitello has announced a bunch of changes in the company structure, which includes making Bioware a label of its own - placing it next to EA Games, EA Sports and EA Play. The changes also include making Peter Moore Chief Operating Officer and Frank Gibeau will from now on be President of all EA Labels.
"We've built an $800m+ digital business while pushing down operating costs," Riccitello writes on the EA News Blog. "Not all of it was easy but looking back, it was exactly the right structure and priorities for the challenges we faced."
"Now, we are switching from defense to offense."
