Devil May Cry 3 is coming back, this time on Nintendo Switch via the Special Edition, returning on February 20 next year for £15.99 ($19.99 USD, €19.99), available for players to enjoy via digital download.
This is a prequel for the series, taking place years before the original game and showing us a younger Dante, who must face his twin brother Vergil, who's unlocked a gate to the demonic realm, and that's never good. This title also gives players their first encounter with Lady, and the origins of Dante's shop too.
The third game introduced the style-based combat system too, with six options players can select, as well as the option to switch between weapons on the fly.
Vergil is added as a playable character with this Special Edition, and the 9,999 floors of the Bloody Palace mode are included as well.
Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2 are already available on the Switch, but you can get an insight into Devil May Cry 3 via the images below.
