Anticipation is high for Google Stadia's release this month, the streaming service that promises to deliver high-end gaming over the internet, but as reported by Steam Database on Twitter, hidden files in Steam point to Valve potentially preparing something similar.

This is referencing changes to the files for the Steam Games partner portal page, as logged by GitHub, listing "SignLatestCloudGamingAddendum".

This is the only line worth noting in the files, and while it's not a solid confirmation of anything major it's definitely interesting nevertheless. Take it with a hefty pinch of salt though, and while we wait for more make sure to check out Google Stadia.

Should Valve head deeper into cloud gaming?

Thanks, PCGamesN.
