Valve's Dota 2 is set to come out of beta and be released to the public at large sometime this summer. In the latest issue of PC Gamer it was revealed that the game would be "formally released later this summer, prior to the International tournament in August."
This was then confirmed on ValveTime, who contacted Valve's Erik Johnson regarding the matter. Johnson simply replied: "That is the plan," when asked if the details published in PC Gamer were correct.
