Valve has confirmed via their Team Fortress blog that they've now paid content creators an incredible $10 million for the value that they've added to their shooter, Team Fortress 2, in the form of new content and mods.

Close to $250,000 of the money was paid to a group of over sixty people who created the Robotic Boogaloo update. Valve has also recently tweaked the submission tool, making it easier to submit work for the shooter so if you're feeling creative and have the ability, it might well be worth getting involved.
