Just recently, we reported on the purely speculative EA Steam return following Electronic Arts' vague coffee cup steam teaser on Twitter and just now, the announcement was made - EA is returning to Steam, at least in some capacity. EA and Valve have partnered up to bring EA's games to Steam users starting this coming Spring through the addition of EA Access to the platform.
The subscription service is the first to be available via Steam. The partnership begins with the release of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order that will be available on November 15 with more titles following in the coming months. Origins players will also be able to go up against Steam players, so no one is being left out.
