The Canadian mobile games developer Alpha Dog, which was founded by Jeff Cameron and Shawn Woods back in 2012 and which has put out games such as Wraithborne and Monstrosity Rampage was recently acquired by industry giant Bethesda. The acquisition comes at a tough time for Bethesda, following the intense criticism of the Fallout 76 subscription model Fallout 1st, but both parties seem happy about the deal (via MCVUK).

Bethesda's Todd Vaughn stated the following regarding the acquisition: "We are impressed by the team at Alpha Dog's commitment to quality and depth of experience in mobile," followed by "We're excited to have them join the Bethesda family."
