You might know Ken Levine as the lead developer of the BioShock series, but right now he's working on a mysterious project with his new studio Ghost Story Games, comprised of former Irrational Games developers.

A new job listing seems to give us a sense of what the team is going for though, as the studio is looking for a cinematic narrative designer (thanks, Only Single Player) to help with a "creatively ambitious project in the immersive sim genre".

"We are committed to making games that we judge by quality, not arbitrary timeliness. We are proud to be home to some of the most talented, smartest, nicest and hardest-working colleagues. We make mistakes sometimes, but we help each other by finding mistakes early and depending on each other to fix them quickly," the listing adds.

BioShock was of course a prime example of an immersive sim game, but Levine also worked on System Shock 2, another acclaimed title in the genre.
